“Upon inheriting an abandoned family home, we also inherited the squatters who inhibited it. After thoughtful consideration and quite a bit of research, we decided to sell the home as it was in complete disrepair and far too much for us to take on (not to mention dealing with the squatters as well as their mess).
It was a pleasure working with Brian and his group at Property Cartwheel. The entire process was smooth and seamless; Brian was out of town on our closing date and worked to ensure that he would still be able to sign and certify his portion of the necessary paperwork.
